首乌养血汤 Shou Wu Yang Houeh Herbal Soup

成分：当归、何首乌、枣、黄芪

用法: (3-4人)

1.將1.5公升水煮開後，加入游建好 “首烏養血湯” 配料與五百克任何肉頹

2.然後改用文火煲至滾至村料夠酥軟及出味
