SHIPPING CHARGES

1. A standard shipping & handling fee of RM9.00 for peninsula Malaysia and RM15.00 for Sabah&Sarawak.
2. Strictly no refund for shipping & handling charges. 
3. All orders are dispatched by the designated courier from Monday to Saturday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

1. Order comfirmation and closing time if before 12 pm from Monday to Saturday
2. Confirmed orders will be processed within next day, excluding sunday & public holidays.
3. Delivery lead time for orders to arrived ( after processing and packing) is as follow :-

• Peninsula Malaysia : 3 – 4 working days for your order to arrive.
• Sabah, Sarawak / Labuan : 4 – 5 days or 1 week for your order to arrive.
