成分:薯蓣、玉竹、芡实、莲藕、百合、龙眼、枣。
功效:增强免疫系统,减少咳嗽,清热,润肺,降血糖
准备 :
1.将1.5升水煮沸。
2.加入YCH凯味汤材料和500克肉(任何种类)一起煮沸。
3.然后转小火炖至材料变软,出香味。加盐调味。
4.上菜,趁热上桌。

Preparation :
1.Bring 1.5 litters of water to rolling boil.
2.Add YCH Kai Wei Soup ingredients together with 500g of meat(any kind) and bring to boil.
3.Then lower heat to simmer till ingredients are tender and flavour is released. Add salt to taste.
4.Dish up and serve hot.

Penyediaan:
1. Didihkan 1.5 liter air.

3.Kemudian kecilkan api hingga mendidih sehingga bahan lembut dan rasa keluar. Masukkan garam secukup rasa.
4. Hidangkan dan hidangkan panas.
