ALIBA 人参虫草汤 Ginseng Cordyceps Chicken

成分：玉竹、人参、薯蓣、黄芪、水苏、香辛料、胡椒、八角（八角）、玉米淀粉、酵母粉、蘑菇提取物） 酱汁（水、大豆、小麦粉、盐, 糖, 棕榈油)

功效 : 降低血糖水平，消除疲劳，促进身体新陈代谢，改善肺功能，增强免疫系统，帮助缓解便秘，怀孕

准备：（5份，60分钟）

1. 将2升水放入锅中并煮沸
2. 将香草和调味包、1只整鸡和5瓣大蒜放入锅中
3. 煮60分钟或炖至肉变软
4. 上桌前将酱汁包倒入汤中

Preparation: (5 servings, 60 mins)

1. Put 2 litres of water into a pot and bring to boil
2. Add the herbs & seasoning packet, 1 whole chicken & 5 cloves of garlic into the pot
3. Cook for 60 mins or simmer until the meat is tender
4. Pour the sauce packet into the soup before serving
