This warming soup features black pepper to dispel cold and warm the body. Codonopsis replenishes Qi, Angelica nourishes and invigorates blood circulation, while licorice harmonizes the formula. Suitable for those with cold limbs, low energy, and Qi and blood deficiency.

Pendekatan Terapi Pemakanan:
Sup ini berasaskan lada hitam yang bersifat hangat untuk menghalau kesejukan. Codonopsis membantu menambah tenaga (Qi), Angelica menyokong peredaran darah, dan akar manis menyeimbangkan herba. Sesuai untuk individu yang mudah letih dan tangan kaki sejuk.


材料:
一隻雞(切大塊並川燙),水約2.5–3公升,1顆含皮大蒜,3朵香菇,1茶匙鹽

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (cut into large pieces and blanched), 2.5–3L water, 1 whole garlic bulb (with skin), 3 mushrooms, 1 teaspoon salt

Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ayam (dipotong besar dan dicelur), 2.5–3L air, 1 labu bawang putih (dengan kulit), 3 cendawan, 1 sudu teh garam


煮法:
步驟 1:將清水煮沸後加入湯包藥材。
步驟 2:加入雞肉、大蒜與香菇,小火慢燉約1–1.5小時至肉軟入味。
步驟 3:加入鹽調味即可享用。

How to Use:
Step 1: Bring water to a boil and add the herbal soup pack.
Step 2: Add chicken, garlic, and mushrooms. Simmer over low heat for 1–1.5 hours until tender.
Step 3: Season with salt and serve.

Cara Penyediaan:
Langkah 1: Didihkan air dan masukkan paket herba.
Langkah 2: Masukkan ayam, bawang putih dan cendawan. Reneh selama 1–1.5 jam sehingga empuk.
Langkah 3: Tambah garam secukup rasa dan hidang.
