成份:胡椒、党参、当归、甘草、陈皮、食盐、大枣、素调味粉

功效:促进消化,缓解鼻塞

准备:

  1. 将500克鸡肉放入锅中
  2. 加入2000毫升水,直到没过鸡肉
  3. 加入1茶匙盐,煮60分钟

Ingredients : Piper Nigrum, Codonopsis Pilosula, Radix Angelicae Sinesis, Glycyrrhiza Uralensis, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Salt, Fructus Jujubae, Vegetarian Seasoning Powder

Benefits : Improves Digestion, Relieve nasal congestion

Preparation: 

  1. Add 500gm chicken into the pot
  2. Add 2000ml of water until it covers the chicken
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, boil for 60 minutes

Bahan-bahan : Piper Nigrum, Codonopsis Pilosula, Radix Angelicae Sinesis, Glycyrrhiza Uralensis, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Garam, Fructus Jujubae, Serbuk Perasa Vegetarian

Faedah: Memperbaiki penghadaman, melegakan hidung tersumbat

Penyediaan:

  1. Masukkan 500gm ayam ke dalam periuk
  2. Masukkan 2000ml air sehingga menutupi ayam
  3. Tambah 1 sudu teh garam, rebus selama 60 minit
