功效:安神、止咳、补脾肾、润肺止咳
用法: (4-6人)
1.將1.5公升水煮開後,加入游建好寧神湯配料與五百克任何肉頹
2.然後改用文火煲至滾至村料夠酥軟及出味
3.加入適量鹽調口未
4.即可盛出,趁熱食用。

Preparation : (4-6 person)
1.Boil 2 liter (or 8 rice bowls) water,add in YCH Ning Shen Soup and bring to boil.
2.Then add 500gm of Chicken or any meat to simmer until meat tender. Switch off fire and add some salt. The dish is ready to serve.

Penyediaan: (4-6 orang)
1. Didihkan 2 liter (atau 8 mangkuk nasi) air, masukkan YCH Ning Shen Sup dan masak sehingga mendidih.
2.Kemudian masukkan 500gm Ayam atau mana-mana daging hingga mendidih sehingga daging empuk. Tutup api dan masukkan sedikit garam. Hidangan sedia untuk dihidangkan.
