准备：

1. 将2升水放入锅中并煮沸
2. 将香草和 5 瓣大蒜放入锅中
3. 煮60分钟或炖至肉变软
4. 上桌前将酱汁包倒入汤中

Preparation: 

1. Put 2 litres of water into a pot and bring to boil
2. Add the herbs & 5 cloves of garlic into the pot
3. Cook for 60 mins or simmer until the meat is tender
4. Pour the sauce packet into the soup before serving
