【做法】
材料: 排骨500g、蒜头2大颗(整球的)、游建好肉骨茶包1包。

做法:
1. 将排骨入水汆烫,洗净备用。
2. 将排骨、冲洗干净的蒜头(整颗,要拨开单粒也可以,不要去皮)、游建好肉骨茶包放入锅中,加入1.5公升的水,水滚后转中小火炖煮40分。
3. 炖煮好后,以盐调味即可。

游建好肉骨茶盒装可存放长达 3 年,请务必存放在阴凉干燥处。

Ingredients : Black dates (Oh Cho), Rhizoma ligustici chuanxiong (Chuan Xiong), Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati (Yu Zhu), Radix Angelicae Sinesis (Dang Gui), Piper Nigrum (Black pepper), Radix Rehmannia Glutinosa, Radix Codonopsis (Dang Shen), Illicium Verum (Star Anise), Citrus Reticulata Blanco (mandarin), Cinnamomum (cinnamon)

Instructions:
Materials: 500g ribs, 2 large pieces of garlic (whole), and 1 packet of Yew Chian Haw Bak Kut Teh (Box).

Steps:
1. Boil the ribs in water, wash and set aside.
2. Put the spare ribs, rinsed garlic (the whole garlic, do not peel it) and Yew Chian Haw Bah Kut Teh (Box) into the pot, add 1.5 liter of water. Turn the heat to medium-small after the water is boiled. Heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
3.  After the stew is cooked, season with salt.

 

*4-6 person servings

 

Yew Chian Haw Bah Kut Teh (Box)  can be stored up to 3 years, be sure to store it in a cool and dry place.
